The Big Mac Band is headed on their band trip in early 2020. The trip will take place from Tuesday, March 31st – Sunday, April 5th, 2020.
There are five scheduled payments for the trip. The trip payment scheduled is listed below.
First Payment – $300.00 – Due October 15th, 2019
Second Payment – $200.00 – Due November 15th, 2019
Third Payment – $200.00 – Due December 15th, 2019
Fourth Payment – $200.00 – Due January 15th, 2020
Fifth Payment – Amount to be determined based on room occupancy, fundraising totals, fees, and final trip numbers – Due February 5th, 2020
It is important that all payments be made on time. We have deposits due at certain times to the hotel, the bus companies, and Disney. These payments must be made to ensure our reservations. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE as the total trip cost is split by the number of participants. A majority of the money is sent out as soon as payments are received. Early and complete payments are appreciated as it gives us more room to be flexible with families in need of help.
