The Big Mac Band is going to Tennessee! In late April, the band is headed to Gatlinburg for multiple adjudications with a nice stop in Pigeon Forge to see Dollywood. Listed below is the trip payment schedule as well as the tentative itinerary.

Payment Amount	Due Date
$200 – First Payment	November 1, 2022
$200 – Second Payment	December 1, 2022
$200 – Third Payment	January 1, 2023
Final Payment Amount*	February 10, 2023

*Final Payment Amount will be based on fundraising, room occupancy, fees, and final trip numbers

Payments made by check should be made out to Big Mac Band Boosters. Those checks can be sent in to Mr. Falvo

Payments can also be made via credit card. There is a 3% processing fee added for credit card payments.

It is important that all payments be made on time. There are deposits that must be covered for the hotel, buses, and entertainment venues. In order to retain our reservations, we must make our deposit payments on time which means we must have student payments on time. All payments will be non-refundable as the total cost of the trip is split by the number of participants. If you would like to pay in full or pay ahead, please let us know. This will allow us to be flexible in the event there are families that need extra assistance.

• Buses depart Canon-McMillan High School at 1:00 PM
• Dinner at Golden Corral in Bristol, VA ~7:00 PM
• Arrive in Gatlinburg at ~10:30 PM – Check in to hotel

Friday, April 21, 2023

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Bus transfer to the Gatlinburg Convention Center
• Smoky Mountain Music Festival adjudications
  • Two Concert Bands
  • Jazz Band
  • Flag Corps
  • Majorettes
  • Dance Team
• Free time to explore downtown Gatlinburg during non-performance times
• If Time Permits, guided tour of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park
• Bus transfer to the hotel for dinner
• Dinner buffet by Bennett’s Pit Bar-B-Que

Saturday, April 22, 2023

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Bus transfer to Pigeon Forge, TN
• Admission to Dollywood
• Lunch with meal stipend
• Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud show at 5:00 PM
• Bus transfer to the hotel

• Admission to Anakeesta with time to explore
• Lunch with meal stipend
• Depart Gatlinburg at 1:00 PM
• Dinner en-route with meal stipend
• Arrive at Canon-McMillan High School at ~10:00 PM
